Mr. Sam TSEN is the founding member. He has more than 15 years professional experience in industrial wastewater & waste treatment, process engineering and quality management. He holds degrees in Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) and Master of Business Administration. Sam sits in the board of Executive Committee of the Society of Loss Prevention in the Oil, Chemical and Process Industries (Singapore).

Dr. YAN Poh Soon holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and is a Public Service Medal recipient. He is a Chartered Engineer (UK) since 1978 and Professional Engineer since 1976. For the past 12 years, Dr Yan has served as Principal Consultant covering marine, shipping and education industries. He specializes in consulting and auditing services for ISO9001:2000. He is a Registered Lead Auditor with the Institute of Quality Assurance (UK) since 1991.

Mr. Julian RUDZKI is a professional with 33 years experience in water reclamation, wastewater & sewage treatment, and desert irrigation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Julian's career took him to UAE, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
